Today's walkitcornwall quote

The scenery, flowers and birds, coupled with your wealth of knowledge, really made for a super few days. It was so nice spending time taking it all in, without the need to rush to the next destination. The dynamics of the friendly group merely added to the enjoyment. The week went all too quickly so, who knows, I may return for more! Do thank Ceri for the lovely sandwiches and the chickens for the eggs!

Falmouth Walking and Music Festival - Friday September 22nd to Sunday 1st October 2017

Unique geology means unique soils, flowers and land management.

The pace averages 7.5 miles (12 km) per day, which is about one mile an hour.

So much to see, say and soak up. It's a 37-mile (60 km) stroll over five days.

We walk, we stop, we walk a little more, taking in the unique natural history, the historical surroundings, the stories of ancient folk, cultural and industrial heritage and other tales of contemporary Cornwall.

Hopefully a Chough or a seal will stop us in our tracks.

We know when to be quiet and let the scenery do the talking.

We offer you the chance to stay at one of the Falmouth's best accommodation providers if you want to stay for the whole 9 day festival.
