I am embarking on a PhD on the use of footpaths in the 21st Century in a low carbon economy with the Institute of Cornish Studies within the broader college of Humanities at the Exeter University, Tremough campus.

There will be lot more to add as I embark on this part time PhD and I will be starting with getting in touch with many of the 213 parishes here in Cornwall to work alongside them in researching possible uses such as for mwntal and physical healthm slowing biodiversity loss, planting trees and creating wildlife corridor and especially linking up communities with their total involvement.
